with a polishing compound, and a lot of manual labor. it takes a lot of work to get them polished, but once they are polished it's very easy to keep them that way.

You will have to sand them to remove the anodize first. Read up on metal polishing. Eastwood sells some nice kits.

Here is a pic of a pic of my rims/tires. I cant find the damn cord for one of my cameras. All 4 rims have absolutely no curb rashes and I do not think there are any scrapes (I need to clean all of them to make 100% sure) All four tires are brand new kumho ecstasy 245/45/? is on the tire I pulled out. I did not clean any of them so I will have get some better photos when I get a chance. Also, they do not look chrome to me at all. Any idea how much there worth in perfect condition? (off my 89 Turbo S or never used on my car but you get the idea)

hmmm I know you have to be a member of myspace, the site where the photos are located at is: myspace.com/tamoodle

But even the picture prob isnt going to help. Same rims as Jeeper has above by X10 cleaner

As far as price?? I have no clue, how much are the honestly worth??

to remove the anodization, soak it in hydrogen peroxide for a day... that'll pull it right off.

if you wanna re-anodize it at home,

http://www.warpig.com/paintball/technical/anodize.shtml

or

http://www.caswellplating.com/kits/lcd_ano.pdf

Please note: I've not tried this technique, I don't know how effective it is. if you wanna give it a go, let us all know how it turns out.
