Default Factory Suspension Bushing Replacement?

I'm in the process of rebuilding a 86 951. Under inspection the suspension bushings are worn and require replacement. From browsing it seems the Weltmeister offers poly-graphite bushings. Does anybody have any experience with the Weltmeister bushings? Do they squeek like the polyurethane bushings..that require constant lubrication? Are there any other companies I can go with?

Thanks

Side note. I paid for a 1 year membership. How long till i'm recognized as a member?

My experience is the welt bushings are a bit squeeky but nothing that you can't live with. I have charlie arms in the front now and delirn sway bar bushings so I can't give any real long term feedback. In the rear I replaced the stockers with the elephant racing poly bronze and absolutely love them.

Weltmeister doesn't make poly bushings for the stock 944 sway bars. You can get Racers Edge Delrin bushigns for some of the bar sizes:

Unfortunately the 86 951 has a different size front bar than the other 951's and Racers Edge doesn't currently offer that size. The stock ones are kind of pricey for rubber:

Customers always ask me if that price is a typo...it isn't.

You may want to consider picking up a used 87-on 951 front sway bar and then getting the delrin bushings for that.

so i don't have to start another thread....
Reasearching the archived threads on control arm solutions i've reallized that the 86 951 can replace their front a arms with the steel arms from the 83-85.1 models. Is this true? The reinforcement, as provided by Blaszak precision motorsports, is to reinforce the sway bar mounting point. I ask because I can't get a hold of Blaszak. If it's a simple bolt-on solution I'd rather reinforce it myself, and use this as cheaper solution.

thanks again
