Yes they were factory, in those pics I just kind of lined them up and taped them in place to take pics to get a better idea.

I would definitely like to see some pics. I have a set of f.g. ones I bought from another lister a few months ago. I figure about 10-15 hours to make them fit like I want them too. I'm curious how yours look on the car. Mine fit decently, but I'm going to trim them so they don't wrap into the door jamb. Lorax, where did you get yours?

Just so everyone here knows, the factory pieces take quite a bit of work to fit as well. (Esp for a street car)

Not a fan. 951 is a sharp edged 968 is rounded edges.

Its not really that different than other rocker panels you can get. Just the thing that comes up at the wheel, but my car original had a vinyl that went there. I think with an AIR splitter and the euro bumper sitting next to me it will look pretty sharp.

I dont know... I mean dont get me wrong your car looks very very sharp. But the rockers almost make you take your eyes off the car and go straight to them. They are just big down there and they are screaming LOOK AT ME.

The one thing i dont like about the 968 rockers on the 944 is i think they hang way to low in the rear. I will probably be scalded for saying this but i think if you had something similar to the hideous euro style rear valance (with the slots in it) mounted on the rear it might actually complete the look.

Another thing i was thinking, if it was possible to maybe cut an inch or two from the bottom edge. Basically i think if they did not hang down so low they might fit the profile of the car a little better.

Ill admit, i like the look alot, especially the cue of the 'shark fin' from the '80s 911 stone guards, just i personally think they hang down a bit to low.

. . .and that looks 1000000000 times better than that 930-wannabe trim !!
