getting back to original topic...I felt a little unsure of the handling on my 993tt at first as I was used to the 951. after getting used to it the tt is rock solid it is just a different feel that takes getting used to. on the 996tt do you have stock suspension? maybe that is the issue as well. but after getting used to it,I think you will be just as if not more comfortable at high speeds in the tt.
