There is a 944 S motor for 4.5K currently in the clasifieds.

Ambitious I feel, but you can ask what you want. 6 Speeds used to go for $3000 but rarely do anymore. I have seen a few go for more like $2000 and some for less still. Even this side of the atlantic.
Depends how much you want to sell the items, or if you are just thinking if somebody offers me top $$$ I 'll let them go
Good luck but I doubt very much you will see that kind of return on a 968 engine and transaxle

Lol, so much bitching about asking prices, and mostly from those who have no intention on buying anything unless its in a firesale and then ask for a discount.

My asking prices comes from the prices in the rennlist clasifieds. There is a 6 speed for sale right now for 3.2K(bare). A 3.0 L motor was listed for sale (bare) for 4K that is gone. If you find lower prices, Horay for you! but buy a non running component and run the risk of getting a box that needs a pinion bearing or an engine that is marginal in some way or even missing components for a complete install.

My components are running and available for evaluation before the sale. Im also available to offers but not to tire kickers.

Thanks

Jpr

Usually 50% of the feedback from for sale post's is from someone trying to beat you up on asking or to post pics, when the person has no interest in buying.

Welcome to the world of internet sales!
The pricing is not way out of line...but it does dissapoint the deal shoppers!

You're asking price is not way out of line, so don't listen to any tire kickers (vultures) on here! I'm speaking from my own experience where I bought a similar deal. Good luck with the sale.

GOLD lining, Really?? I only have $95k, will that do??

How come these things only come up when I am saving money for Christmas, my daughters' birthday, my wifes' birthday, or broke in some other way?
