Zeitronix ZT-2 w/ LCD screen - logs EGT/ AFR/ RPM/ Boost/ TPS etc... can be used w/ laptop to log dyno runs or used w/ the LCD screen for on the fly monitoring plus i think now they have a guage you can use w/ just afr.

$450 approx plus hookups for boost/EGT www.zeitronix.com

i recommend it although if you are JUST looking for an afr gauge its overkill.

When you go to the wide band O2 sensor, do you replace the stock one and can the ECU understand the wide band or do you just ad an additional bung to the exhaust and run both O2 sensors. What is the procedure?

You add an additional bung and run with both.

I use an AEM. About $220 and works great.

wideband o2 sensors have a hard time w/ the high heat in the stock location- best place to put it is about a foot after the turbo- most are placed just before the cat- as this one is. Mine is now in the same location but i dont have a cat.

I would reccomend the WBo2 2A0/2A1 Wideband Unit from WBo2.com.
I have installed it years ago in my 951 as in another two 951s from friends.
All feedbacks were positive. Everything in this business is about support, so whatever you deside to buy check SW & upgrade/ support availability.

When I bought mine a few weeks ago it was 1 of only two to offer a small gauge to fit in my gauge pod. I bought the Innovate Lc-1 with xd-16 gauge for $320 and the build quality is great. The other on I was thinking about was the AEM Uego because it too had a standard gauge and was $250. Now zeitronix offers a gauge with their kits so I missed out, however I still think the innovate is a better system right out of the box.

Theo, your photo is the same Tech Edge that I have. WBo2.com resales it under their brand?

To my understanding are the same people same products. Just new additional domain.
They have started with http://techedge.com.au/ and later on they published the 2nd Web domain as WBo2.com

See on the bottom right at their new domain > http://www.wbo2.com/home/default.htm
The techedge link is still there.

on my turbocharged 924 I use embedded WBo2 controller in the VEMS ECU, but on my other car I use VEMS WBo2+EGT gauge with RPM+MAP input. I can use it as tach when I push the button on gauge and it can use all aforementioned data in logging. All that in just one 52mm standard size gauge and for 249 euros. Really hard to beat.

if you only want a wbo2 then the LC-1 is a great unit. I bought mine for $189 off ebay. came in a factory sealed box and worked perfectly. VERY easy to use and won most acurate a/f, in a recent WBO2 test.

the kit with the guage is another hundred bucks or something or you can get a aftermarket guage for a little cheaper that will work with the lc-1.

the lc-1 also has 2 outputs for WB and narrow band so you can replace the stock O2 with the lc-1 and use it to monitor the WB and have it hooked up to the stock ecu so there is no welding/drilling at all.
