65 or 85 lfb with a molybdenum type thread lube ?? these thread lubes make a massive difference in torque to clamping force ratio

Tool I doubted you before but now that I see those blueprints you made I'm sold. As for the head studs, I appreciate the offer but I'm going to have to take my chances with the ARP because I'm gettin the block back this Friday and if all goes as planned it will be in over the weekend, so I have no time to waste. But Im going to refer to your drawings.

I forgot to say, he was drinking when he drew that..

BSC: good luck with the build. I usually use OEM studs and new washers/nuts.

solidworks man thats old news in my engineering class im using wildfire proE 3.0

I hear you but when you have to personally buy the programs at $3k+, you don't switch until you need to. For God sakes, they can cost as much as a Decent 951.

yea true the programs are ridiculous expensive, but im taking advantage of getting my student copy for $150 although it doesnt have the FE analysis in that version
