Default FS: 1987 951 DE/DD/AutoX

1987 Porsche 944 Turbo
116k miles on car/~9k miles on COMPLETE engine rebuild (~2 years ago)
Black exterior – 7.5/10 – some chips and minor dings, looks great from 20 feet
Black interior – 7.5/10 - usual dash cracks, sunroof starting to peel
17” Porsche rims
No LSD/No M030

Parts replaced during 4 years of ownership, most since rebuild…
Exhaust manifolds (Swain coated)
Crossover pipe (Swain coated)
Turbocharger K26/6 (rebuilt by Turbo Performance in Cali.)
Coolant Reservoir
Various coolant hoses
Motor Mounts (3 years ago)
Wastegate (LR dual port)
Water pump (done with rebuild)
All belts/rollers (done with rebuild)
Cometic Head gasket (done with rebuild)
Raceware head studs/nuts/washers
Fuel rail/damper/regulator/stainless lines (LR kit)
Injectors (55# Seimens)
Front Wheel bearings
Ball Joints (Rennbay track kit)
Tie rods (manual)
Steering rack (manual)
Steering shaft (manual)
Caster blocks (updated version)
Sway bar bushings (Delrin)
Struts (Koni 1414S from Paragon)
Upper Strut mounts (KLA)
Brake pads (PFC97, less than 300 miles)
Brake rotors (3 years ago)
Alternator bracket (Factory AC delete)
AOS and seals
Clutch (Cup)
Starter
Battery (Optima Red top)
Turbo temp sensor
O2 sensor (Paragon universal)
Vacuum lines
Divert valve
Cowl under hood/over blower
Heater clips under dash
Any and all seals/gaskets associated with the above maintenance

Parts modified during ownership…
LR Stage II MAF
Vitesse MAF chips
PowerPerfect fuel controller (not currently in use)
Manual boost controller
VDO boost gauge
Momo steering wheel
Autopower Roll bar
Sabelt 5 point cam lock harnesses
Momo seats
Rear seat delete
Rear wiper delete
Cruise control delete
Fog light delete (AIR brake ducts with Broadfoot backing plates and 3” hoses)
AIR splitter
3” catless exhaust (BRAND NEW LR piece to be ordered and installed this week)
AC delete

Known issues…
Small crack on inner boot of driver’s side axle (just noticed), not loose though
Transmission is “wet”, no issues shifting and fluid level is ok
Horn does not work (proper turn signal stalk from ’86 used)
Sunroof operation is intermittent
Brake pad light is on because of a break in a brake pad wear sensor wire
Air bags are disabled
Tires are a little chunked from the track; an extra set of Kumho 712 street tires will be included
One intercooler tube was replaced with an aftermarket piece (hood closed on stock piece and flattened it)
Windshield washer tank removed

Fluids used…
Motul in the tranny
Valvoline VR-1 20W-50 (and OEM filter) since rebuild
Ate Super Blue for the brakes and clutch

I need to consolidate my fleet a little and get rid of 2 DD/DE cars and get one (hopefully “better”) track car. $8,500 obo

Pics available after work tonight.

Why you selling?? Found another one?? Or leaving the Pcar world for a while?

Maybe leaving the Pcar world, decided it's too expensive to maintain 2 track vehicles. The next one may be dedicated to the track, not so much of a dual purpose car.

The only things laying around are stock parts removed for track parts, or broken parts that you probably don't need or want.

You'll still see me at the track though...

No thanks, next car will not have turbo (or much power for that matter).
