I'm planning on adding a 3" magnaflow muffler but really like the stock oval tips. There seems be a limited amount of tips outthere with a 3inch inlet and oval tip. The one that Lindesy sells seems too short and ridiculousy expensive so im wondering if this exhaust tip will work...your thoughts.

I think the one you are talking about is the fabspeed that lindsey sells. It is worth it, and no it is not too short.

I will try and post a pic for you but please spend the money to get the oval double wall $100 magna flow tip.. I know it sounds overrated but I ran my LR 3" with and without the tip and the double walled tip actually has built in dampening with the holes on the inside... the sound gets soaked up leaving nothing but pure rumbling bass coming out.. I was really impressed and wouldn't have any other product.. not to mention I love the look of the huge oval sticking out the back.. you just know it's not stock. If you're going from a stock to 3 inch exhaust the loudness of it will shock you IMO... I think the tip made all the difference in the world.

Chi, how did you find it on e-bay. i am looking for the same thing. I don't want to pay $100 for a tip. $34 is def. doable.
