Default CEP dry sump

So I started installing the dry sump today.
The fit is perfect, as I expected.
Took me about 15 minutes to attach the pan as pictured here.
You can see how the stock gasket is used, making things easy.
Also of note is that the stock oil pump is disabled, of course, as you would expect in a real dry sump system.

There are a couple of neat tricks visible in this photo, the practiced eye might spot them......

Of course I will dyno this mod next week sometime, I am sure it will be running in time to take my daughter toart class on Friday.
Many more pictures to come soon.

I just couldn't stand the oil leaks any more, guys.

I am sure Dave will be happy to answer any questions.

Post some pics of the front when you get the pump mounted and hoses run. Was the hammer free in the kit too?

RESPECT that **** is hardcore .were did that come from ?
how far will you lower the engine ?
I was promised a part number for some replacement mounts that take it down 10mm and retain standard sump .

Is that a new cast pan, or was it welded up? Doesn't look like the later.

Dude, you seriously need to stop playing with that engine, i believe you never ran an engine for over 4 weeks without touching something........

Looks like you are squeezing ever last mm in that engine for improvement (you are still running 2.5L right?)

Jim where are you going to mount your tank? How are you going to route those nice big oil lines?
