so what do I do from here? I'm guessing everyone wants to know on pricing and if they can get it in a certain color, it looks like we have atleast enough for cooling hoses.

I'd be interested in a full set of coolant pipes. Are they coming from the UK? If so then there's no point in shipping mine over to the States for it to be shipped back to me again.
Let me know the price please.

Will be interesting to see how many people pull out when they see the prices for this stuff Not for the faint hearted, its not your replacement rubber pipe from the corner auto store.

Whilst price is always a consideration I'm more interested I when we can get the pipes as hopefully I will be having a new engine going in in the next 3 weeks. $300 is a small price to pay for extra insurance against engine cooling problems. If you are sourcing these from Samco in the UK then I would prefer to pay for them in £GBP too. If this is possible then doubt the UK will be plus Value added tax, whereas anything shipped to the States will be British VAT free but possibly incure import duty/tax(what every you guys have to pay?)

well to sum it up... it looks like the majority decided they didn't want to pay $300 for samco hose when LR sells a similar kit for under $150. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

I did a similar evaluation about 3 years ago and it looked like more like £450 than £300
Bscpanther the lindsey kit is not similar to the samco hoses. Its like saying that a Fiat Panda is similar to a ferrari 360 as both are cars produced by the same company.
The samco kit are silicon hose and a far higher quality

No Nick they don't. Well with the excetion of BOV angles etc
Everything would have to be specially made on the cooling side and as the production runs would be short the price will be high

My mistake tommo951, I did not realize the Samco hose is silicone. That explains the cost. What I should have said was I still have some 20+ year old plumbing on my car. So I figure while I don't have the money for the best, I can still afford the standard kit.. which I should be able to get another 20 years out of.

You may just be right there bscpanther!!
There are pros and cons for the silicone pipes. The biggest con is the price the second one is that standard hose clips can damage silicone pipe so you have to use slip joints rather than worm drive. Also the silicone pipes do blow off easier! Apart from that they handle heat better and give great flow
