Another problem

Need to find a fitting like this for the sensor. This could go directly on the Turbo since both ends are M14 x1.5. Put on fitings from Summit in tool post, add a tee to the water line and you should have a universal solution.

I can make us some of them, in the correct size.

Dave, you made them and I will buy two. I have two cars that I got the pipe to fit but both are real tight. It would be nice to have a clean setup.
Did you notice the company I posted had a oil Tee that had the M14 on both ends but a small hole through the fitting. You might be able to drill it out to get proper flow. Might be able to make it cheaper then the order to the UK

Ok, I'll put you down for two. I'll draw something up tomorrow and make a clean part. I'll make sure the sender has room and doesn't restrict the passage.

Sounds great Dave.
When I get back in town on Wednesday, I will test my sensor to see when the thermal switch trips. Maybe we can find a smaller thermal switch that is much smaller and costs less.
The Auto Meter 3247 Pro-Lite Temperature Switch can be found at lots of places for under $20.

You're making this way more complicated then it needs to be, but maybe that's just IMO. This thread has shown two different and simple ways to solve this problem. Whenever I get some extra money to blow, I will switch from the brass fittings to all aeroquip with SS hose. This would be purely for asthetic reason as the fittings I have now work fine. Areoquip already sells everything you would need to use that style setup, as posted earlier.
