Default Some pics of new custom front mount intercooler.

Just a few quick pics of the new i/c. Haven't had time to dyno it yet, only got back today from O.S. Wound up with 2.75" pipes. Don't have the size of the core but am guaranteed that it's best core available. Apparently there are better ones and worse ones. Maybe some others can shed some light?

Oooooh I like that Patrick

It would be great to get some figures showing the temperature drop with that sort of front mounted IC design and also how it affects engine cooling by obscuring the radiator.

I doubt it would affect us in the UK with our cooler climate but the hotter places in the world (like Oz and southern USA I would imagine it could be problematical)

That is a fair size intercooler, do you think it will have an effect on the rads cooling abilities?

Patrick,

That looks great! 2.75" will be a big improvement over stock and 2.5" for that matter.
