Considering the thermal expansion and stress at that joint, and the $25 oring unless you have gone copper,
I spend the 20min cusing at that bastard to get it in, and tight.

Nope, still have the stupid sealing ring there. I have a LR 2 piece crossover though, so the joint in that is currently taking all the flex.
Having that bolt pushing the downpipe out also made the turbo mounting bolts a real PITA to get out because the turbo was trying to not line up correctly.
