I really don't know much about turbo diesels. I think I will avoid the temptation to mod this one. But if I were what would be a good first basic setup?

You are not going to believe it, but a chip/reprogram makes an unbelievable difference. I could not believe my before and after. The LR Boost Enhancer is another great mod. I had two laying around and Wes from LR said his dad has one on his truck so I said what the heck - My 8300lb long bed crewcab dually surprises a hell of a lot of people - especially at 35psi
