I just picked up a whole starter at Oklahoma Foreign this morning for $75.

Turned out to be the alarm not the starter or solenoid.

Replaced starter, started right up. Thought about the fact that I disconnected the negative ground before messing with starter. Re-installed original starter, started right up. Monkeyed with door lock (has locking post LED's), inside locking button was lit after unlocking door. Push button repeatedly until light went out. Car started. Came back an hour later, car woud not start again. Disconnected negative ground, waited a few minute, reconnected it, started right up. Went back an hour later, started right up.

Guess it's time to start troubleshooting the alarm/electric door lock stuff or install a negative battery kill switch

I can't help with a Bosche part but I bought this solenoid from Parts America, it came in box marked by GP Sorensen with part number 28-5020. Not OEM. Its a little hard to see in that photo but the new one has a spade lug for the ignition wire instead of a stud. I didn't like that but it has worked fine for a couple of years now.
