all of a sudden clutch not dissengaging?

Well the other day im leaving work and the clutch pedal felt a little light maybe it was in my head it shifted fine and drove fine. Now when I tried to drive it the car wont go into gear from neutral, and the to get it in gear I started it in gear with the clutch in and the car jumps a little not alot but enough to realize the clutch is dragging. When driving its hard to get out of gear, and to shift up or down I need to rev match exactly. I tried bleeding the clutch and the fluid is clear no bubbles? any idea what the problem is?

get someone in the car to depress the clutch and climb under there and make sure the fork is moving-slave is moving. Could be a bad line-somehow- or need to be really bled out.

thats weird- how old is your clutch hardware- ive heard of the throwout bearing hanging up before-not in usuall out though- i guess if the fork is moving it wouldnt be that. Does your pedal need adjusting? Sometimes its hard to bleed the clutch- is the resevior full?

clutch, pp, TO bearing and other stuff was all done in 06. I can try adjusting the pedal but I dont think thats going to help much. FYI I put a KEP pp and a 930 disk in and has been working flawlessly for me up until now

What kind of clutch disc did you use? How many miles on it?
The stock disc is notorious for failing when the small springs fall out and jamb up the works. Also, the clutch fork has been known to break.

I have a 930 disk there is approximately 20-30k on the disk not exactly sure as im in my house now. Im hoping its not the fork but if i need to take it all apart again I will.

ok have a rebuild for the slave lying around im going to see if that fixes it and if it does im ordering a new slave. If not I guess I will have to order a new clutch, etc

You indicate the fork moves all the way. How did you verify this?
Direct from manual: Travel is 15-18mm from disengaged to engaged. Anything less than 15mm travel cannot guarantee the clutch is fully disengaged.
Does the fork return to it's previous position after the pedal has been depressed?
