I have a new 951 and it has yellow koni coilovers (dont know much about them) and hypercoil (dont know much about them either) and my balljoints are bad. I'm gonna buy the rebuilt control arms from lindsey but what kind of balljoint should I get with them. I think the car is lowered but I dont know how to find out how big the springs are so I dont know how much. I will do a little auto X and DE but 95% street driving. What do yall think. Thanks!

Hi mortymower.
Food for thought:
the LR control arms use a sperical rod end as the ball joint. These ARE NOT designed for use as a ball joint - the forces and load angles are questionable as safe for long term use in my opinion.
I know of no failures or complaints.

You may want to give Travis at Rennbay.com a shout. His geometry correction kit for balljoints on lowered cars is pretty popular and effective. I have used them with success on my lowered 951 for about a year and a half with no problems.

Yea im not sure why i said lindsey i meant rennbay
i was asking what kind of his kits I should get. With the GC kit do I have to do anything other than bolt it back on (any kind of adjustment) because I am a bit of a novice and I'm looking for a good long term replacement that is easy to install
Also what is the stock spring size so i will know if my car is lowered

really - - hahahaah
well that is different.
For the record I went with the rennbay 19mm GCK (Geometry correction kit).
The ideal solution would be a modified spindle ane not longer pin subject to leverage....... however I found it the best avaialble solution for lowered car.
I personally am not comfortable with the 17mm GCK longer pin setup.

EDIT:
OOPS to answer your question - the 19mm kit requires spindle removal and machining. The 17mm does not. Also either will require alignment
EDIT 2:
if you post a pic of car at ride height with tire size - we can guess![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
It really depends on the adjusted collar height, spring size, and weight #/inch
