Fabspeeed + TiAL ?
Getting ready to pull the trigger on a Fabspeed. Want to run a 38mm TiAL, and only want to crawl under the car once.
Anyone running this setup, and if so which TiAL mount setup did you use? Any issues with the install? I searched but came up empty.
BTW, this is on a mild '86 with a EBC...

Anyone running a 38mm TiAL with fabspeed - which/who's mount kit did you use? I know of SFR, and MySwiss make TiAL kits...

OK Mitch - I installed my tial 38 with euro parts stainless adapters, fabspeed, 86 car with one piece cross-over. No major issue.
Patience to get everything where I wanted it, but no problem.
Find it interesting when folks say one piece is bad - no issue as other eluded to. Did clutch, rear main, etc and never had to remove it either. Dunno what the big deal is.
NOTE: I did have to weld a flange on the dump. This is for the fabspeed not the tial. Apparently the later cars must have a slightly larger OD dump. If you cut the flange off the old exhaust (where the WG dump ties in) it will slip fit right over the dump and be perfect. fit it, then tack it in place. Remove, weld and good to go. Also DON"T FORGET you will need the extra flange from fabspeed for 86 car and it will have to go on dump BEFORE you weld flange.
Hopefully you can visualize that. Didn't get any pics. Can if you really need.

Thx.
Sounds like it won't be a one shot deal - I don't have a welder here.
Ski - hope to get south this Summer, but kinda doubtful.. New job keeps pulling me in... Tell the boys Hi for me.
