Widefire headgaskets are designed for o-ringed blocks or heads.

If you are going to do it, get a cometic MLS gasket. Mine works great, last long time (I hope).

Why borrow trouble when everything is running fine. The head gasket is not a WEAR item that has to be replaced after so many miles.
