Question Name this (stock) 951 part...

... that came off a vacuum T on the passenger side of the firewall and leads to the vacuum T that goes to the rear port and banjo bolt on the exhaust side of the intake manifold. A part number would be a plus. Thanks.

You should be able to find it here https://techinfo.porsche.com/techinf...88_KATALOG.pdf I'm having trouble with the site right now or I'd try to find it for you.

Hey, that's great. I managed to match the diagrams on this site to my version of PET.

Turns out to be a 928 part number, which was throwing me off: 928.537.361.02

Thanks for your help!

The one end connects to the vacuum port on the brake booster, the other end goes to the intake IIRC.

It is used for the blower recirculating flaps.

I moved mine here in hopes it will last longer.

I know your frustration getting that part number. I called Paragon last week trying to tell Jason what it was I wanted him to ship....for once I stumped him. He had no idea what this piece was. I called it a vacuum check valve on the first order and they sent me the one on the brake booster. So I called him back and after 15 minutes...we gave up. I had to dig the net to find that part number. I'll run without it until the new one shows up. I'm sure my ventilation will act strange, but I can live with it.

I ended up finding the part number, and have it on order from the dealer. It's a 928 part: 928.537.361.02

Aka Fred or Steve...

Luis,
Every car has that part (almost), the local ac shop found mine to be faulty (fourth one in two years) and they replaced it with another one (it is white and black) that came off a toyota (not sure which model), it costed me Dhs 17 (less than US$5).
