Yep. Exact same thing happened to my Uego.

Do you have a phone number for them Dave? I've tried three emails and they won't respond to me. I'm trying to figure out what sort of waranty if any these things have.

No, they don't list one but this is the email address I used and they got back to me fairly fast.

Just to dig this up again. Did those that were having difficulties find a remedy to the problems. It would seem like the O2 sensor is the main culprit. Bit strange mine would go after only 4 days? Is 14.7 where is defaults to at idle? Mine got stuck there. I just need to fix this before my upcoming re-re-assembly. Any ideas are gratefully received.

Mine just seems to do it once and a while now. I assume it's either the sensor or the zeitronix box. The zeitronix also fails to boot about 1 out of 10 times, so it may be going south...

Well i've just emailed the sales desk to see what they suggest. Mine worked for 3 days and then just froze on 14.7. Is that a default number as some others have said the same number with their problems? However it coincided with a piston sort of 'freezing' on a 4 day rebuild so I haven't any use for the zt2 a.t.m. but in a couple of weeks time when we get some decent pistons/rings we will need the Zt2 to tune so I'm not sure whether to just buy a new o2 sensor as it seems the most likely culprit, or take the whole thing out and send it back to Zeitronix to inspect?

I ended up replacing the sensor and that fixed my problems. I think I toasted the sensor last year running leaded fuel.

Yes leaded fuel is very hard on O2 sensors in general, and even worse for wideband sensors.

333pg333 have you fixed yours?
Was it the sensor?

Someone told me that the sensor is shot due to mutch heat and that i should do a heat shield around it.

What do you think?
