Anybody running 295 rears on a late model using some factory porsche rim or is everything custom (bbs, ccw etc) if so what is the offset and are you running 245 fronts and same info. 17 or 18 rims?

i have 295/30/18's but my car is early w/ 45mm offset wheels and 15mm spacers. You will need 60-65mm offset to do it and watch that crazy rear camber.

ET45 wheels with 15mm spacing makes an ET30

I'm waiting for my 295 cup tires and remaining wheels...

You guys running a 40-50mm dif. front to back see understeer? I'm guessing you're looking for traction first, but I'm courious if you see a noticeable understeer.

Sorry, not trying to 'jack the thread, but I'm interested in the width question myself.

Understeer yes, loss of traction more with 225fr/245rear and 300rwhp soon to be 390ish so I'm looking for more meat in the rears to go with more meat in the front like 245 F/ 285-295 R. So I'm looking at rim options. Primarily a track car!

most of the new porches run 235 fronts and 295 or more in rear, understeer can be fixed with suspension/angles

Uhmmmm and what offset would you need with no spacers?

Thanks, I have aftermarket coilovers so I'm all set. Is your ride height stock or lowered a little??

Mine is a bit lowered I would say, but I don't think that is to critical really.

Right.

To avoid understeer we run 951 racers with equal tiresizes F/R 285 - 305 depending on make and model.
