"another" tire width question
Question is -
Looking at some 18" rubber for the rear on my turbo, comparing 265 vs.275/35/18
specs say 275 is 11.1" sect. width, 265 is 10.8" sect. width, but 265 is 4lbs. lighter PER tire. If price is the same, wouldn't the 4lb. savings be the better choice? Opinions please..

ive run 265/18's before and the difference of width compared to 275 is not hardly noticable. The thing is, which fits your wheel better. I had some sport classic two piece bbs wheels and the 265's fit very well. If you have a wider wheel you may need the 275....
