Some sort of fuel controller. Piggyback or chips.

What kind of chips are you running???

This is the main reason for the missing torque.
Your car is slow now - it might feel fast , but it is slow.
When you work the fuel, it will be quick.
13.5 at 3500rpm, 13 at 3800, be careful!

I agree you are missed a ****load of tq and power.

you're way lean. You need injectors. Buy some get the fuel sorted with a proper controller and then you will notice a huge difference in the way you're car pulls.

13's in the air/fuel is crazy lean.

Hence the pinging?

no need for bigger injectors at your current power level, something must not be installed properly

Something such as? Everything looks good, several mechanics have looked at it, it is a street car and I am not looking for more power than that.

exactly my point.

You've already got the mods. I say buy injectors dial it up to 16-17psi and have fun with it.

regardless I would get that airfuel thing sorted. Thats dangerous

The truth is, a friend of the guy I bought the car from was switching to a MAP and offered it to me for $450, so I went for it...
