no you would need a fuel controller to or someway of adjust the fuel and getting the proper tune.

Having all the right parts is nothing if you don't have the proper tune. You could buy 55lb injectors and then take the car to a tuner and call it a day though.

have him richen and lean out the fuel where you need it. Plus as a bonus you get it dyno'd.

The guy at the dyno said there is really no way to tune it, that it comes already set, there was a little screw on the MAF adapter which he turned but he said he saw no difference, and he said if I take it to a shop and they adjust the A/F with a CO2 analyzer that it would be on idle only...

yes it will. You will still keep you're factory DME chip. But, the vitesse chips have everything you need.

You can have several maps on the FQS that comes with the chips..and from what I understand there really isint much fine tuning needed right outta the box.

We put them in a local car here and the results were outstanding. As soon as I figure out what the hell im going to do. I will be using a vitesse chip system myself among other things.

Give john a call and you won't be disapointed in the driveablity increase of you're car and the power.

I agree with you on this John. I have used a few MAF and chip set-ups, and I still come back to saying the same damn thing. To me without a doubt, John @ VR makes the best EMS stuff on the market, period! And yes out of the box, his chips are between 95 - 98% on the money with the A/F ratio. He is that damn good! And if you want to get it better, get a Piggy Back system and fine tune it.

LFA951: Why don't you talk to John at Vitesse directly, for he is the foremost expert with the stock system and MAFs. And since you already have a MAF, maybe he can configure his chip set to work with it? But get in touch with him about everything, he will explain it all. You will be very satisfied, trust me.

You know, I have a feeling that you will end up paying that much or more no matter what you do.

Yea, he is a little lean and needs some more up to date chips;

but I can't seem to find a dyno at 12psi and 3" exhaust that is making 275+ hp/tq. Stock boost is about 11 remember??? And he only ran it to 5,400rpm. Not that he would have made a lot more past that, but I would guess another 10-15 hp if the run was to 5,800 so maybe 285-295 at the crank.......??????

Can anyone post one?? Where is this ton of power/tq he is missing for only 12 psi???
