Man, that was a beautiful color/wheel combo. I hope it shows up, that will be hard to replace regardless of how much money you get.

nkgosselin - I'm not sure what area you are in -- without being too specific, can you give us an idea of where you are? Northeast? Midwest? etc?

Sometimes I get sick of all the "digital" crap.

You could have gotten a better picture off a good ol VCR and tape.

But noooo. Someone would have to change the tape every day...

I'm guessing that on the back of the ticket in sub-micron print or some dark corner of the lot, there is some disclaimer to the effect that you park at your own risk. Nonetheless, the owners or management have some responsibility to ensure some level of security and should have to have up to date surveillance equipment. What they write, and what is legal is not always the same. It's like a pre-nup in marriage, not worth the paper it's written on. Explore your rights here and best of luck!!!
