hmmm doesn't I sence biased options here? Actually the cloth interior always put me off. I prefer the way the sports leather grips your sides.

1988 was the first and only year of the Silver Rose Turbo S, with a smaller number of other colors and interior trims available late in '88. The "S"'s equipment was then the basis of the '89 model run, the last in the US for the Turbo.

See http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Pit/4786/ for a more detailed description of the Turbo S differences.

Do YOU like it? That's all that counts.

It's not the first "pink" car you've driven...

Darwin... it's pink, get it.. the rose thing. Yes, you drive a pink car.

And I have to admit, the Cup II's look good on 951's!

Thanks for the compliment on the wheels, I think that they Cup II's are some of the more appealing wheels on our cars!

Hey, I drive a pink car and love it! In fact, it's name in the family is "Pink Car".

And, of course, with some LSD, the interior is "to die for"!

I like it. But then I don't think I've seen a stock color on these cars that I haven't liked. Color wasn't even a consideration when I bought mine.

As I said, I do like the color overall. I don't love the interior design, but it is a unique color to say the least. And hey Steve, how is your portfolio doing these days pal?

No doubt the silver rose car is very special. I'd take one for sure.

I wouldn't call it 'badass', but it is distinctive. Silver Rose is pretty tame compared to some of the other 'distinctive' Porsche colours. Aubergine?

Silver? Burgundy!? Who'd want a thing like that!

I like my car, but it's no silver rose. I'm not sure about the plaid seats, but with just the door panels it's nice.

Pretty well seeing how the DJIA set another record high today! Funny how that seemed to escape media attention during the week of the State of the Union Address.

*pauses to see how to make this Porsche related*

If the Dow cracks 13k how about a group buy on Vitesse Stage 3 kits?
