Default Driftomagnfico 600 WHP, 10,000 RPM Nissan Thread

Rather than pollute Guns951 build thread I thought I would give you one of your own. So here is the first post:

Alright hotshot...I'll bite. What 10,000 rpm, 600 whp monster Nissan are you referring to? To my knowledge there isn't one outside of the professional racing ranks - and even then I'm not sure. Do you have some facts to back up your bravado? Or are you a paper tiger hiding behind an internet alias?

As for Guns' thread - I applaud him for it. I think it will be a unique and very interesting car - something that we will all want to see up close and personal when it's complete. I admire the innovation and thought that he is putting into his 951. Not everyone would consider undertaking such a project.

So where is this Nissan of yours?

You could start by telling us what year and model and engine it is.

He's busy researching on the internet to find a car that matches his description.

Yeah - google sure can come up with some cool stuff.

Can't wait to see the dyno results LMAO

Only on the internet. A guy like this would get about 4 seconds of my time in person.... maybe less

C'omon Solo you're just fueling his fire...its like one of my fellow competitors on the Cannonball - he's got a 571 rwhp 300gt VR4, but that's dyno peak and he can't run it all the time....and his car weighs in at 5,000 some odd pounds.

I respect the stuff done and power mods but its apples and oranges. I'm curious to see this Nissan's tire size...600 is a lot to get to the ground!

Guns: There are a couple of 600 hp (maybe not RWHP) Nissans in my town and they don't rev anywhere near 10,000 rpm. I'm betting he is full of it and have called him out on it. Strangely enough I think I recognize his name from one of the RX7 forums that I frequent from time to time.

As for the 3000 GT I'm sure that car doesn't rev to 10,000 rpm either. And you are right in that it's probably just a peak number with a dyno sheet that looks like an EKG. What old Drifto here needs to realize is that guys like Rolex raced Nissans for a living. The numbers that Drifto has quoted as being his car would exceed the numbers put up by many factory cars. I call B.S.

I'm impressed by your lack a maturity in continuing a useless flame war. Well done!

And by starting a separate flame war within a flame war makes you more mature how? A master of irony.....

I posted originally because Drifto went onto a build thread and started slinging mud. He asked that we give him another thread to post in. So I've obliged him. If it keeps him from posting further garbage in the other thread then this will have served it's purpose. Is that mature enough for you?
