Default KLR Line

Anyone have the ID of the stock KLR line?

I picked up a Parker brass T to feed my zt-2 but they did not have the internal sleeves to keep the tubing from collapsing, so I have to select material for new sleeves.

Thanks all.

The stock boost/vacuum pipe to the KLR measures 5mmOD 3mmID according to my vernier caliper.

When I teed in I went the other way, and put the KLR pipe inside a rubber T. For my splice connection I used a simple vacuum rubber "T". Its been that way for 5 years or so without a problem.

Here's a stock Porsche 4-way vac tee tapped into the KLR line for boost gauge and EBC in the cab. If they lasted 18 years in the engine compartment, I'm sure this one will be fine in the cab. I think they're about $8 from the dealer.

Thanks guys! I kinda thought my industrial background had gotten a little heavy handed with this install...

I'll go with a quality tee w/ wire ties!
