Does anyone know where to get metal head gaskets for the 951 or other head gaskets that'll handle 20+ psi of boost???

Performance Developments 949 646 7461, carries the MLS Gaskets, all sizes and some different thickness'es in stock. I think they will have the best selection of anyone as they are a Cometic WD.

Not so. I do know they had some phone problems. I tried to call last week and they had found that their phones were disconnected by mistake instead of another number.

Still very much in business. 17 years and counting.

Default Try copper

I'm using a copper head gasket, and am very happy with it. I also o-ringed the head (standard stainless wire o-orings) -- this way, when the head is torqued, the o-rings embed into the copper to make a very tight seal.

Anyhow, I still have this gasket (I ended up using a thicker one), and would be willing to sell it.

As far as Copper ones go, I am not entirely sure about that. MLS head gaskets are reuseable unless they've been damaged of course from something like detonation.

Also if you plan on running high boost Cometic has a model called the Fuzion which has gas 'o' rings apparently.

So for about 23 psi of boost what would be the recommended thickness??? Also my block already has copper O-rings, would those need to be replaced?
