Cheers,

Rob

Mine split in half before they fall off the car, but my methods of attachment are NOT pretty.

Well, they look fine from the exterior, but inside it's a mixture of screws, nuts, bolts, and speed nuts.

I know right? Thankfully I cant remember the last time I paid full price for one. Hell I just traded a GT racing one I had never used for an AIR one. I wish someone would make the damn things in poly, but I'm not willing to front the money to get them made.

gt is better for clearance- in most cases- the AIR is about two inches lower, but shorter also. My driveway is steep but i can usually clear it.

i made a friend come over and see if his car would clear before we bought the house- my car had the motor out.

I'd be so afraid of tear that thing off I'd spend 5 minutes parking the car. I've learned to go slow after scraping a few times.

Approaching at an angle is key. My car sits approx 2" off the ground with the air splitter and turbo nose sticking off the front. In less than 2ft from street level the driveway raises around 18" and I come and go without scraping.
