I have been using the Zeitronix wideband kit for some time. The logging capabilities of this unit are great! Analyzing log files with the Zeitronix software isn’t however very user friendly. Most of the time you will be looking at WOT runs and compare them. Normally I would open two Zeitronix files in separate Zeitronix programs and try to compare them.
To make life easier I started to develop a tool for analyzing Zeitronix log files. You can load two separate log files and display them on a single chart. This way it is much easier to compare two runs.
Here are some screen shots:

In time the program will be available to the public.
For now I would like to request people interested to send me suggestions to incorporate into the program.
At this moment it is possible to:
- display up to two ZTO files in a chart
- select which dimensions to display (AFR. EGT, TPS, BOOST, USER)
- select colors for the different dimensions
- select psi or bar for the boost dimension
- select celcius or fahrenheit for the egt dimension
- zoom in on the x-axis
- save chart to Windows Bitmap format
- print a chart

Great idea. Will your wideband analyzer display actual values when placing cursor cross hairs over the area of interest (like zeitronix does)?
Also, is it possible to capture data from only a specific range of interest, say for example, boost data from 2,500 rpm to 3,500 and zoom in or "blow it up" on the chart?

Added a 'Save to bitmap' option. The actual on-screen chart will be saved to Windows Bitmap format.
At the moment I am working out a very nice feature. If the Zeitronix logs accurate enough it might be possible to make a chart which displays hp and torque. It is a matter of entering the correct gear ratio's, tyre size, the vehicle weight and selecting the gear used for the log. With these parameters it will be possible to calculate hp and torque needed for the logged accelleration.
I know this won't be accurate because I won't use parameters as barometric pressure, air resistance, etc. But the main use is for comparing two logs and it will show the difference between those!

The Zeitronix logs the time (in milleseconds). Using the RPM you can calculate the speed of the car (after selecting the used gear). So you log the accelleration over time.
To accellerate an x amount of weight from one speed to another in an y amount of time will allow you to calculate how much torque was used for that accelleration. After you have calculated the torque you can convert the torque to hp.

Pretty good Idea,
I would like to see more resolution on the afr etc. your grid spacing is too wide better if you go 15, 14,13,12,11,10, 9, than have the grid jump from 12 -14 etc.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to make a usefull Y-axis with the correct resolution. If someone would like to see their AFR (10-21) and EGT (500-1800) curve than I have to do someting with the EGT values to make the chart readable. Dividing the EGT by 100 might be a solution.
I'm looking for a solution which will work for all variables (AFR, EGT, TPS, BOOST, USER).
Won't be too hard, but didn't had the time to look into it.
