Very true.

When it's cranking, does it stumble while cranking and then slowly stumble to idle... Or does it crank for a long period of time and then just fire up instantly?

Also, when it's cranking and not starting, does the tachometer needle bounce at all? It's normal for the tach needle to pulse slightly while cranking. If it isn't, that's a problem.

[Edit] Timing belts should be checked and changed at regular intervals
the car just fires up right away i cant remember if the needle bounces or not what does it mean if it doesnt and since i just got the car i cant tell when the last timing belt change was apparently it was 2 months ago but i cant be sure
