It's a mustang, what can I say! It has been to Montana and back, won a show there, got 23 mpg, a/c crankin, passes emissions, absolutely perfect a/f ratio, and all on the STOCK FORD EEC A9L PROCESSOR.

Oh yeah, Himsel and I put together a few "straight-line" cars too...

Eyal, what's with all the doom and gloom? It seems to me not that long ago that you were away at school and longing to be reunited with your 951...

It's cool that you've "fallen out of love" with the 944 and drive a Civic now, but what's wrong with people still enjoying their cars? This is a 944 Turbo forum, so there's bound to be some "enthusiasm." I just wonder what happened to yours?

Loosing traction in 3rd?
Either you have really bad tires, there was ice or the VR stage 2 is different for the US market.....

OK. I don't drive my car when it's below freezing.
I will loose traction in 3rd and 4th when it's wet, though.
I only run 17psi.

Oh, and I have LSD.

Well I tried to dyno the car earlier this year , but they had computers problem that day so we could not get the torque data or the graph.. Just the peak Hp ..
Next year then ..

Well, partying Friday until 5 in the morning and until 4 this morning (julebord).
I'm taking the day off. The plan is to finish it the coming week.

So what was the peak HP and at what psi?

Evind

I have Bridgestone S03's 285/30/18's fairly new.
I also have LSD.
I run 18psi on pump gas. (sorry John)
It's not hard to loose traction in second on a warm day.
The street was cold so I'm sure this had something to do with it.

The past couple of years I took the car off the road during winter to work on it.
I'm now re-thinking this as the car runs so much stronger in the cold than in the high heat/humity we see in the summer.

I still can't get over how hard the car pulls with the VRstage 2 kit.

I've gotten used to how the car behaves with the st2 kit.
So when I think that something is wrong with my car, I bring a friend along to see how pale he gets. There usually is no color left in his face by the end of 3rd gear.
