Cross-post: Is there such thing as a Silver Rose NON-turboS?
Did the regular 88 951 have the choice of the silver rose colour? or did that only come with turboS?
If a car is coded for Silver Rose paint, but no M030 on option code, is this a regular turbo? Im confused.

The "S" was just an option package you asked for with your car, and silver rose paint was only available in that option package - so no, only S cars could have it.

as I said in your other thread, look for option code 758. that denotes a turbo S... and they all have M030 if they're a turbo S, so they don't write a novel on all the options the car has, they just put in 3 numbers... 758...

Thanks turboS owners.
I will look for the 758 code at the PPI. Definitely left me puzzled when everything seem to be turboS except I didn't see the M030. Hope it passes.
