You are MUCH MUCH better off with this turbo. The K29 is very poor for a 2.5 951 - or any 951/968 nowadays. If you had one on your 2.5 you would hate it and remove it immediately because you need a 6 foot breaker bar to start the damn thing spinning.
I am not big on triple K's in general - but this one is probably the best one you could have for street/track car.
UMmmmm guess you cant tell from the pic but it actually is about 3-1/4 at the exducer

Glad to hear it wasn't broken. I see 12-13 inches of vaccum here in Loveland which is what Docwyte was seeing as well. We're right at 5,000 feet elevation.

I too see ~12in/hg @ Colorado Springs...

Clipping the turbine wheel will improve flow, but slow response of the turbo.
