But here is the real beef....logistics
The ones I bought have a little lip on the back side that help them sit cleanly in the cluster.....I actually scanned them because they seemed really really simple to make...now to find that file.
Like I said the big thing to consider is the way they are cut. Some have a really flat bevel and look like crap, some smooth and some sharp. It really depends on the look you like. Look at other cars that have a similar set-up (3rd gen Rx-7) etc and see what you like then try and match it.

Ok I bought them from AC-Tuning Germany(through ebay). They have a nice round beveled edge. And on the back side they are inset to fit nicely into the cluster holes.
Very fine craftsmanship.

I received the dial gauge rings today.
My first impression upon inspection
“Very Porsche”
Not thick like testrosa_TD’s, but thin and sleek slight bevel and flat. They are Milled polished aluminum.
I like them I will install them tomorrow and post pictures. If you want them I checked it would cost me $50 bucks to include shipping!
Let me post pictures before you commit to purchase!

I just purchased some on e-bay too. They say they have 2 kinds - polished and alu-dull. Here is the link:

Doh! I just read the previous page. Looks like I'm the idiot that used the Buy It Now. *lol* Guess I'll take them and see what they are like. I'll still be interested in the ones that I found originally. Post pictures of them when you get them. Thanks.

I know they had a website as well because they were one of the first before everybody else started making them. I have the original package they shipped in so I can get you an address, but I bought those a year or two ago, so no ebay/paypal info left.
They come and go in cycles on ebay.
Here is one that I see on ebay once and a while.

Here is another.

There are SS and Alu. I think there is an american company that does SS on ebay(I think they do camaro rings etc as well)

Looks like they must have changed their design a bit. The edge comes to a tapered point rather than it being rounded like yours.
Thanks for the link.
