The intercooler he used does not have the best end tanks. But he made it himself in a rush and for almost no $. The only way to figure out if a different IC is better will be to gather and analyze the data (none available with this car).

I prefer few more fans while on the dyno...

lol brad you do not want to know even half of the stories hahaha

he ran the run at 28 psi with a xylene / 93 octane mix that he has run with almost every time .

Its an old cap that doesn't hold good pressure anymore. I also overfilled the res. this morning while it was cold.
Don't worry, I drove all the way home at 25 psi, just to take it easy on it.
