Default Boost too no boost

ok has anyone have any thoughts on this. I was at WGI and had completed the first AM run warming the car and myself up. The car ran very strong with only a 966 turbo getting by (I just ignored everyone else. HAHA).

There was no smoke, backfire, overheating or other issues noticed. I parked the car and went out and hour and half latter and there was vitually no boost. It felt like a vac line had come off. Pulled in the pits, checked things out seeing nothing, got back in, still down on power with no boost.

I brought in padock and had several people take a look (including a well known shop) and we couldn't see anything. The car starts and runs fine just has no boost.

The Turbo is new with 7,000 miles
Lindsey duel port 7,000 miles
stock bov 7,000 mile...presure tested ok
new vac lines 1,000 mile with intake connector
external boost gauge 1,000 miles, ok
no leaks in the exhaust
Cv disconnected

Next step is to check waste gate. Any thoughts??????????

What are you using to control the boost?

I was wondering if you were running a EBC as I had the same problem and found that part of the plunger inside the solenoid broke allowing full boost to go straight to the wastegate.

Found out the problem late today............Bad BOV. FYI.......they need to be tested not only with vac but also with pressure. Mine failed the pressure test, while passing the vac test at the track. Now the only other issue is my out of sinc headlights do to one of friends leaning into it at the track and pushing it down 3/4 of an inch. I think it is somehow cycling the motor and killing my battery.
