Default Stalling issue resolved!

Thanks for the help everyone.

https://rennlist.com/forums/944-turbo-and-turbo-s-forum/290714-little-worried-about-driving-updated.html

I jumpered the DME and the fuel pump did not come on. I pulled the pump and gave it 12V and it kicked on right away. I then checked the connector that powers the pump and I was getting intermittend 12v. It wound up being the ground wire inside the rubber plug. I attached some new male/female wire connectors and connected it to the pump, jumped the DME and it worked.

I started it right up and it drove great without stalling for .5 hour.

Thanks again!!

Thanks for posting the fix! All to often, problems are posted and the fix is never shared.

Glad you got it sorted and this is the second ground wire in the last year that's caused the same issue; stall and no start.

I had a similar problem that could a long time to correct. Seems like corrosion gets to that area.

The connectors on these cars are all getting pretty ugly by now. I've replaced half the ones in the engine bay trying to combat corrosion.
I'm glad you found a fairly simple fix.
