I just saw a Race Gas pump not too far from my house, BUT it says leaded ! Is all race gas leaded? I thought I had heard of guys running race gas in there 951's?

No, we have 100 octane unleaded from 76 (now Rockett Brand), and VP sells 104 octane unleaded. I'm sure the other race gas suppliers sell unleaded too.

Sunoco sells Leaded/Unleaded race gas at select gas satations in the USA. Check their website - it has the locations.

I use 105 octane unleaded F&L racing fuel. I mix 2 gallons 105 wth 3 gallons 91 to get 97 octane for the race car. This is the cheapest way to go. $8/gallon in 55 a gallon drum and I just ordered another one Friday.

Here in the land of wildly over-priced CA pump gas, 100 octane for some reason sells for a measly $4.35, less than a dollar more per gallon than 91 octane.

Or you can goto you local reg airport an get 100 LL for about 5.00 a gallon it may have been 5.50 last time I went.I should mention that you have to pump into fuel jugs (or cans) you can only pump into the car if its on a trailer at the airport an the fuel station.

As I recall – aviation “low lead” has a ton of lead in it compared to good old leaded automotive gasoline. O2 sensor performance will go down hill much faster…

I don't know, 10$ a gallon for Xylene, 117 octane, seems like a better deal than 105 for 8$.

Is "cam2" a type of Sunoco fuel?
