I have now read some archived threads here that state that using a MBC is not a good idea?

I think I am more confused than ever on this issue?

This is from Tial's website. (http://www.tialsport.com/documents/w..._wginstall.pdf)

I have cleaned it up a little to make it more clear. First one is Single Port and the Second one is Dual and the third is single port using spring control.

You said you have an aftermarket gauge. What level of boost are you currently seeing on your gauge???

I am running aprox. 16psi of boost, as registered on the autometer, at full throttle.
