yes one or other NOT both
LBE will make it so you don't need "jetted" banjo bolt.
In addition you will get the benefits of LBE, making a significant around town driveability improvement.

In fact I believe the specifications for LBE advise to remove any jetted banjo bolt and use stock.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, I am sorry if it comes off that way.

I know several users on this board have LBE sitting around, ready for sale. Please PM if you have one available. Please provide a shipping quote for zip code 19701.

Like I said, I am not trying to cut in on miyagikarate's opportunity to buy one. I would feel less guilty if he is able to make a purchase first, then I can buy one from another user of this forum that has one available.

Thanks all!

-Phil

I run mine with the stock banjo bolt right now. I need to install the other one becuase it will help my midrange power a bit, it's way to rich right now,so I could use that extra little boost spike .... Were talking richer than 9:1 here(that's partially due to my vacuum leak too).

I don't think you want to run any MBC with anything BUT the stock banjo bolt. So HIGHBOOST, you ready for the next run? There's two good one's coming up.

That is correct, you shouldn't run an MBC w/jetted banjo bolt. But running it with APE and LBE, it is safe enough, there is more than enough fuel to work with thanks to those good ol' APE chips

Cool. -So APE chips + stock banjo bolt + LBE is a good combo? -At present I have APE chips + Jetted banjo bolt... -Am I headed for a safe improvement?

sorry, it wouldn't let me send one...
Alright, here is my dyno sheet so you can take a look at how safe it is running these chips. As you can see, they run very rich in the midrange, this run was done w/stock Banjo bolt. I also had a vacuum leak, so that added to the rich condition, but only slightly.

MODS:
3" exhaust w/no cat. and WG dump
APE II

looks **** on at 5500-6000.

I'd say combo looks to work well.
Not sure what to make of fat condition 3500-4500....
- do other perf chips run so fat in midrange??
