Default blown fuse

Fo some reason my car keeps blowing fuse #5. It is 7.5 amps and is for the turbo water pump and something with the dme. My water pump still comes on when the car is turned off so it seems the fuse doesnt make a difference. Evern so, i would like to stop the fuse from blowing. Where should i start?

Look at the wire going to the turbo pump and just how close it is to where the throttle cam moves to when wide open! Did it finally wear thru the wire there?

You can just loosen and rotate the turbo water pump so the throttle cam does not hit it or come near as close.
