old downpipe? it's a 4 bolt T-3 flange with a V-band at the other end I made a new testpipe some time back. I'm gettin ready to do the capri swap that you did on your festiva to one here for a customer, I may get with you if I have any questions.

On topic, how is the fitment in the engine bay near the strut tower? Can this be removed easier than the stock headers?

Off topic, but is that a midget in the background of the first picture?

And again, not to be off topic but this must be mentioned..." spins 195's in 1st 2nd and 3rd"

-SICK. lol.

The only problem I see with that header is clearence of the base of the strut tower but I'm sure you have got that covered.

not sure about clearance as I built on a stand but if needed modification will be simple. Yes thats a midget in the background, we have had midgets for the last 6 years or so, they occupy most of my free time, along with my mustang I drag race and the porsche I stay broke. On a side note I got my new mustang block in from Robert yates racing thursday. It's pretty sweet and the machining is awork of art. Last raced at Vegas in 05 in jarrett's car

Could be his son...I know Jack built carts for him and Jack has a long association with Beast.
I'm not real involved... Jack French Racing has won the 'little 500' race several years in a row and was USAC crew chief of the year a couple years back.
