Default DME closed loop @ what rpm/throttle? (searched)

So does anyone know when the stock DME goes into closed loop operation? I.E. I'm looking for a specific (at least close) throttle % or VAF voltage.

I think it goes into close loop at WOT (wide open throttle). Which is when youre giving it 100%

I think you mean open loop (straight from fuels maps, no O2 feedback.) I may be corrected but I think it's 75% throttle and over 3000 rpms.

Looking at the Porsche 944 Turbo DME/KLR test document the answer is 65 degrees.

Ok, sweet so 65% for throttle... any possibility that other event can trigger open loop? I.E. RPM or VAF voltage?

It's a 90deg arc so 65deg would not equate to 65%? (My math gives 72%)

Good call! I just took it for face value and didn't factor in the actual arc.

So ~72% for the throttle.

Now what about RPM or VAF voltage?
