Colorado GTG June 4 2006
Message From Gregeast a while back
I had a fun time last time we had this GTG so i plan on being there again.
I know a number of us have expressed interest in a Colorado Rennlist 944 GTG this spring and I thought I'd try and get the ball rolling.
Looks like the Exotic Sports Car Concours is scheduled for June 4, 2006 http://cpco.org/concours/registration.htm and that made a pretty good meeting spot a couple of years ago so I propose that we all pencil this in on our calendars.
We can finalize things as it gets closer but just wanted to throw it out there. Since we've got a couple of folks coming from the mountains, I was thinking maybe we could all meet somewhere in Dillon or there abouts for breakfast and then drive down to the Councours or some variation on that. I suspect we can come up with a better route than I-70.
I know I'm missing some folks so please forward this to whoever you like, here's who I have on 'the list':
gregeast - (Greg) Loveland
DocWyte - (Josh) Loveland
Daniel951 - (Daniel) Pueblo
Brett (Brett) Parker
Cpt_KoolBeenz - (Chris) Colorado Springs
jfrahm - (Joel) Boulder
patrat - (Pat) Longmont
Porschephile 924 (Geoff) Denver
951boost - (Lou) Leadville
michael2e - (Mike) Glenwood Springs
canyonblaster - (Jay) Denver
rocket951 - (Rodney) Denver3
danat - (Dana) Boulder
garyk - (Gary) Location?
MoeJoe-(?) Aurora
Tuc-(Chris T.) SW Denver, Littleton

I would really like to go and meet everyone but I’m having some health/car/work issues so I can’t commit at this time.
Got my fingers crossed & hoping for some good luck over the next few weeks.

nkgosselin is Kevin Gosselin. Just drove back the 951 from Indy. It's an 86. I used to own an 87 that was Nautic blue with linen leather. The new one is Kalahari with Brown. More daily driver than show car. It has color matched Fuchs. Rebuilt motor and dodgy paint.
I've got an 83 911 Chiffon white with brown sport seat interior. All original and only 60k miles. I live in South Denver.
Look for my articles in Total 911 and 911 and Porsche World. I freelance write for both mags.

Thanks. I would join the meet but I'll be in N. CA on vacation. You guys have fun for me.
Happy to say that one of the trip highlights will be a full-day course at Infineon/ Sears Point in open wheels race cars.

I would like to get on a dyno too... I need to soon. Tuning on the street can only get me so close...
I think there is a pretty cheap dyno in Parker that Daniel and Brett went to?
Other than that, I don't know about any other Denver area dynos.
