I think that the best option would be to bypass it completely.

Yes I am also wondering this question. I will be installing lausts vacuum manifold and would like to delete the cycling valve and add an MBC. An info on how to do this would be great. BTW dont think thats jacking this thread at, hopefully it helps!

Doing a search for mbc or venturi delete should yield lots of info on this subject.

Run a line from the intercooler pipe banjo bolt to the MBC (disconnect the existing line that is attached there (the other end of that line goes to the CV, so you don't need to plug anything). Run the other end of the MBC to the wastegate (if we are talking a single port here). Take the one line that runs to the j-boot (it comes off the metal line in front of the intake), and remove the hose and plug the hole in the Jboot. Unplug the CV and remove it if you would like. I would pull the intake and remove the metal venturi tube entirely and the CV and bracket. If you remove the bracket, you must use a thick washer in it's place on the mounting bolts when you put them back in, or the bolts will bottom out in the head before getting tight.

If you do a search on my vacuum line writeup, it shows pictures of the tube removed with the intake off, etc.

I am sorry, I didn't mean to say venturi....it is just the metal tube, not the venturi Y system.

Here's a pic shortly after my manifold removal. No, you don't have the venturi.
