Default little delemma.. Please help

right now i have a k26 turbo with a afm and chips. However i am in the process of getting a k27/8 turbo with a hunlty stage 4 maf and arc2. Do i need chips or with the arc2 is good?? Or a piggy back (power perfect) will do...

Get ready for crappy idle....do a search on the Huntley stage 4 MAF....its famous!

yeah i read about that. A digital fuel controller would slove this problem i have read and have been told. my questions is would i need chips??

Get something other than the ARC2... If you get a good piggyback, then you won't need chips, unless your current timing is not suitable.

how would i find out if it is suitable or not. right now i have guru chip i believe <came with the car>

Argh!!!!!!!!guru chip. I have four sets of guru chips now and all the ignition chips are bad. No I am not a gluten for punishment some of the sets were my friend's.

Your Guru chip for the AFM will not work with the MAF. You will need a specific chip for that MAF. I second dumping the Huntley especially if you don't have a chip.

I have an Autothority MAF with K27 chip for sale if you're interested. It will be plug and play by itself or you can dial out a little mid range richness with the ARC2 if you want.
